Mengele, Josef

Josef Men­gele (19111979) – a Ger­man SS offi­cer and doc­tor nick­named the Angel of Death, respon­si­ble for pseu­do-med­ical sadis­tic exper­i­ments on pris­on­ers in Nazi con­cen­tra­tion camps, espe­cial­ly Auschwitz. He sent 400,000 pris­on­ers to the gas chambers.
