Beneš, Edvard

Edvard Beneš (18841948) — Czechoslo­vak politi­cian. In 1935 – 1938 and 1945 – 1948 he was the Pres­i­dent of Czecho­slo­va­kia, and dur­ing the Sec­ond World War he was Prime Min­is­ter of the gov­ern­ment-in-exile in London.
